Green Beans With Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts and slivered pimiento
    boiling salted water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. each minced parsley
Preparation
    Preparation: Wash, trim and French-cut diagonally cut whole beans into inch lengths.
    Cook in boiling saltwater for 5 to 7 minutes for French or 10 to 15 minutes for 2-inch pieces until tender-crisp.
    Drain well.
