Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (add last)
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar and flour.
    Add remaining ingredients, adding pineapple last.
    Put in unbaked pie crust. Makes 2 pies.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    These pies freeze well.
