Overnight Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add the eggs, mixing well.
    Add the dry ingredients, sifted together.
    Stir in the coconut and the nuts.
    Form into a roll; cover with wax paper and place in the refrigerator overnight.
    Slice and bake in a moderately hot oven, 375\u00b0, for about ten minutes.
    Makes about forty cookies.
