4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. warm milk
1/4 c. white wine, warmed (optional)*
1 c. grated fully cooked squash
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch white granulated sugar
4 egg yolks
5 egg whites
