Chicken Smit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 chicken breast halves, deboned
4 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 pt. sour cream
2 medium onions, sliced
1 stick butter
Preparation

Place deboned breasts in casserole dish with 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika and pepper.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Saute onion in other 1/2 butter.
In bowl, mix soup, sour cream, onions and a little juice from cooked breasts.
Mix well.
Place cooked chicken back into casserole.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake another 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. Serve over rice.
