Marge'S Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut diagonally
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots 8 to 10 minutes; drain and add onion and green pepper.
Whip remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Marinate several hours or overnight.
Keeps in airtight container in refrigerator 2 weeks or longer.
