Energy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quick oats, uncooked
    3 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Toast oats in shallow pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until brown, stirring often.
    Line 9-inch square pan with foil or grease. Melt marshmallows, peanut butter, honey and margarine over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in toasted oats.
    Add raisins, if desired.
    Place in pan spreading evenly. Chill until firm.
    Cut into bars.
