Taco Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can drained pinto beans
    1 head torn lettuce
    3 to 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. taco mix
    2 to 3 chopped tomatoes
    1 (9 oz.) bag broken taco chips
    1 sliced avocado
    16 oz. Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet.
    Add the package of taco mix.
    Drain. Refrigerate until chilled or overnight.
    Add chopped tomatoes, torn lettuce and broken chips.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss with bottled dressing.
    Top with sliced avocados.
    Serve immediately.
