Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, fat trimmed
    4 stalks celery, cut up
    5 carrots, cut up
    5 potatoes (skins on optional)
    3 onions, cut up
    16 oz. can tomatoes, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into suitable pieces.
    Mix all ingredients in Dutch oven that has been soaked in water.
    Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 300\u00b0 in preheated oven.
    Serves 4 to 5.
