Overnight Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, room temperature
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg whites
    until\tfoamy.\tAdd
    salt
    and cream of tartar; beat until\tstiff.\tAdd sugar, 3 tablespoons at a time and beat 2 minutes
    each
    time you add sugar.
    Add vanilla and beat until very\tstiff.\tStir
    in
    chocolate
    chips
    and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls
    onto\tcookie\tsheet
    covered with foil. Preheat oven to\t350\u00b0
    to
    375\u00b0 (depending on your oven).
    Put cookies into oven
    and
    turn
    off heat.\tLeave overnight or at least 8 hours. Do not open oven within that time.
