Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini, peeled
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine oil, eggs, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Blend well. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Do not beat!
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased and floured loaf pan or Bundt pan for one hour or until done.
