Holiday Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. orange peel
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Grease bread pan.
In large bowl combine all ingredients except cranberries and nuts.
Stir until well blended.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan.
Serve warm or cool.
