Two Crust Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. shortening or 2/3 c. lard
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour and salt until particles are size of small peas.
    Sprinkle in water 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with a fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost cleans side of bowl.
    (One to 2 tablespoons more water can be added if needed.)
