Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. butter/margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream the butter and sugar.
Stir in corn syrup.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Roll out to 1/8-inch on floured surface.
Cut into shapes. Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes. Decorate.
