Ham, Egg, Cheese Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    4 hard-cooked eggs
    1 can chunk ham
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    4 large slices tomato
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Halve bread lengthwise.
    Pull out some of the insides to make shallow hollows.
    Broil bread boats 1 to 2 minutes.
    Stir mustard and pepper into mayonnaise.
    Mash eggs in bowl.
    Add ham, green pepper and mayonnaise mixture.
    Spoon into bread.
    Top with tomato slices and cheese.
    Broil just until cheese melts.
