Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicory or escarole leaves
    1 can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1/2 c. roasted red pepper strips
Preparation
    On a large platter or individual dishes, arrange greens. Combine remaining ingredients and arrange bean mixture.
    Drizzle dressing over entire platter.
