*Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. diced cheese (American, Cheddar or Feta)
    1 1/2 c. water (approximately)
Preparation
    Add flour, yeast, salt and water.
    Knead about 10 minutes. Let rest about 15 minutes.
    Butter bottom of a roasting pan. Place dough and spread to size of pan.
    Press in cheese cubes and butter top. Cover and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
