Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. 10x sugar
6 oz. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Whip together.
Spread over cake evenly and roll the cake up like a jelly roll as tight as you can.
Wrap in tin foil and refrigerate.
Makes one roll.
