Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cube zucchini; cook in salted water for 15 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    In a skillet, melt margarine; add onion and saute. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, 1/2 Stove Top stuffing mix and zucchini; mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish; top with remaining stuffing crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
