Sausage Or Turkey Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage or 2 c. cooked turkey pieces
    8 pieces cubed bread
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put bread in bottom of pan, then add sausage or turkey.
    Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
    (If using turkey, use sage, 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon, instead of mustard.) Pour over bread and sausage.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, pour on mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 cup of milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
