Mixed Vegetable Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. small onions
    1 qt. carrots, cut up
    1 qt. dry kidney beans
    1 qt. lima beans
    1 qt. celery, cut up
    2 qt. tiny cucumbers
    1 qt. green beans, cut up
    6 sweet peppers, cut up
    2 qt. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. peppercorn
    1 tsp. turmeric powder
Preparation
    Boil this together 10 minutes; add vegetables.
    Boil 10 minutes longer.
    Pack in jars and seal.
