Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Put Crisco in microwave for 1 minute.
    Beat eggs and mix with Crisco and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add flour and mix until it forms a stiff dough.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Press down with a cold fork.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
