Cucumber Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. finely diced, peeled cucumber
    1 1/4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    few grains pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    lettuce, radishes and parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle cucumber with sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold cucumber mixture into sour cream.
    Chill thoroughly before serving.
    Serve in lettuce cups or sherbet glasses lined with heart of leaves.
    Garnish with thin slices of radish and a sprig of parsley.
