Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat together pumpkin, oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients and fold into batter.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Cool in pan on rack.
    A moist bread, freezes well.
