Sheila'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    flour, salt, pepper and 1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small garlic clove
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Roll chicken in
    flour; dip chicken in salt and pepper; fry and remove.
    Add rest of ingredients, stirring constantly. Place chicken in casserole.
    Pour sauce over it.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
