Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions until tender.
    Mix all ingredients together and mix well.
    Shape
    into 2 ounce round meat balls.
    Makes 8 to 10 meat balls
    per
    pound.
    Place in a greased baking pan and bake in a hot
    oven at 400\u00b0 until brown all over, about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove
    the
    meat balls from the pan and empty the grease. Replace the meat in the baking pan and cover with the tomato sauce.
    Cook in
    oven
    at 325\u00b0 for another 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
