Chicken Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. pre-cooked rice
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. dry cooking sherry
    4 split chicken breasts
    margarine
    pepper
    paprika
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except chicken, margarine and seasonings.
    Brush chicken breasts with margarine.
    Season with pepper and paprika after placing chicken on top of rice.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
