Exotic Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1/2 pt. carton sour cream
    1 oz. pkg. dry onion soup
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    breadcrumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain well.
    Add sour cream, onion soup and wine.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top if desired. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    (May be reheated, covered with foil.)
