Peanut Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. half and half
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine celery, onions, butter and flour; add chicken broth. Cook until done.
    Add peanut butter, pepper and half and half; cook 10 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with peanuts.
