Mom'S Corn And Cottage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. canned corn, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. large curd cottage cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. corn flakes
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Brown onion in 2 tablespoons butter until limp.
    Sprinkle corn with flour in a bowl.
    Add seasonings, cottage cheese and onion and stir until well blended.
    Fold in the eggs.
    Turn into a buttered square or oblong casserole.
    Sprinkle with corn flakes, then drizzle 1 tablespoon melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until lightly browned.
    Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
