Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until light and foamy.
    Add the oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla to the eggs.
    In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture; blend in the chopped nuts. Pour into one large or three small loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    Cool.
    Freezes well.
