Easy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
2 cans pineapple chunks, save juice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using saved juice
and\twater,\tenough to make up required amount of water. Melt
butter in a 12-inch Dutch oven.
Add brown sugar and pineapple
(including
the rest of the juice).
Pour cake batter over the top of the pineapple.
Bake 50 minutes with 14 coals on the top and 10 coals on the bottom.
