My Sister'S Cheesecake(Prep Time: 15 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sugar, divided
    2 lb. cream cheese
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Combine graham crackers, butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar; blend well. Press into 9-inch spring-form pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla and cornstarch, just until blended; stir in sour cream. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes. Turn the oven off and allow cheesecake to cool with the oven door slightly open for 3 hours. Remove from pan. Serve with fruit of your choice or plain. Serves 12. Enjoy.
