Las Vegas Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby carrots or regular carrots, cut into bite-sized diagonal pieces
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook carrots in slightly salted water until tender-crisp. Arrange cooked carrots in a single layer in an oblong baking dish.
