Beef Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak, cut into serving pieces
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Brown steak in a little oil.
    Put into a large casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours in 325\u00b0 oven.
