Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooked and strained squash
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar and spices.
    Add squash, slightly beaten eggs and milk gradually.
    Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie crust and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes to set the rim.
    Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and finish baking for about 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
