Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 3 Tbsp. light cream or milk
Preparation
    Beat the cheese until soft.
    Gradually add sugar until mixture is smooth.
    Stir in vanilla and liquid.
    Frosts a 10-inch Bundt cake.
