Fruity Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped/shredded cabbage
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. celery
1 c. raisins
1 (8 oz.) container vanilla yogurt
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 banana, chunked
Preparation

Combine cabbage, pineapple, celery, raisins and yogurt in a large bowl.
Toss well; add mandarin oranges, toss again.
Chill for 4 to 6 hours.
Add bananas when ready to serve.
Toss again. Serves 8.
