Portuguese Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry pinto beans
    1/2 lb. bacon or linguica, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook the beans in large pot.
    Add all of ingredients to pot except for wine and tomato paste.
    Dilute tomato paste with wine and then pour into pot and salt to taste.
    Cook beans an additional 1/2 hour.
