Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar together.
    Add eggs and mashed bananas; beat well.
    Add flour, milk and vanilla.
    Mix well and stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake loaf at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
