Jalapeno Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 finely chopped tomatoes
1 chopped bell pepper
3 Tbsp. finely chopped Jalapenos
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 juice and pulp of lemon
Preparation

Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice and pulp and mix thoroughly.
Refridgerate before serving.
Serve with crisp tortilla chips, on celery stalks or other raw veggies, as a sauce on Tacos or whenever a spicy salsa is desired.
