Super Deer Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground deer
1 1/4 c. finely diced raw potatoes
1 c. finely diced onion
1 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed
2 tsp. Tony's seasoning
1 large egg or 2 small
Preparation

Mix all
together good.
Make into 8 or 9 patties.
Roll in flour.
Brown in small amount of corn oil in electric skillet, medium hot.
Drain off oil.
Cover each pattie with cream of mushroom soup (special request).
Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
This can be simmered in brown gravy or tomato sauce.
