Bouillabaisse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh cod fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 lb. fresh sea scallops
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. sliced celery
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 c. butter
2 c. clam broth (bottled or canned)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white wine
2 cans (1 lb. each) tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. saffron
salt and pepper to taste
2 small lobsters (optional)
Preparation

In large pot, saute onion, celery and garlic in butter until just soft.
Add clam broth, water, wine, herbs and fish.
Bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes.
Add scallops; simmer 10 minutes more. Season to taste.
