Flounder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears
    2 lb. flounder
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 onion
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Cut flounder in serving size pieces.
    Melt margarine and saute onion. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
    Add milk; cook until thick. Stir in salt, pepper and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Pour over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
