Walnut Glory Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
9 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. finely chopped walnuts
vanilla glaze or confectioners sugar

Preparation

Sift flour with cinnamon and salt in bowl.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft mounds form. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar.
Continue beating until very stiff, straight peaks form.
Do not underbeat.
