Overnight French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) loaf unsliced cinnamon-raisin bread
    5 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. light cream
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    fresh strawberries or syrup
Preparation
    Slice ends from bread.
    Slice remaining loaf into 8 slices and arrange in bottom of two greased (8-inch) square pans.
    In large bowl, beat eggs, egg yolks, light cream, brown sugar, pie spice and flavorings.
    Gradually add milk, beating until well blended; pour over bread.
    Cover and chill overnight.
