Fried Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg per small can of tuna
    Waverly or Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 c. cheese (optional)
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add all ingredients and pat into patties.
    Fry in vegetable oil or olive oil.
    Fill pan with oil just enough to cover the bottom.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides (about 10 minutes cooking time).
