Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 small can pimento, chopped
2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Reserve half of the nuts; mix other ingredients together and form in a ball.
Roll in reserved nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate or chill overnight.
