Sliced Ham With Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
6 slices cooked ham
Preparation

Measure cornstarch, salt, mustard and sugar into small saucepan.
Gradually stir in syrup, vinegar and water.
Add raisins and margarine.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over ham slices in shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour.
