Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick saltines
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook veggies and drain.
Mix in onion, celery, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour in greased baking dish.
Stir butter into crushed saltines.
Top veggies with saltines.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
